Infra Red Light integrated along the walls, creating a calming glow that supports cellular regeneration, circulation, and recovery. This healing light infuses every session with a sense of renewal and vitality.
All classes are held in a non-heated space, allowing you to move, breathe, and connect with your body in comfort — whether you're flowing through Pilates or grounding in Yoga.
