Position Details:
- Location: SHE Pilates and Yoga Studio, North York, Toronto.
- Start Date: March 2025.
- Role: Teach private and group Mat Pilates sessions tailored to women of all fitness levels.
- Commitment: Flexible scheduling available (part-time or full-time).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience teaching Mat Pilates.
- Certification in Mat Pilates is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills to connect with clients and provide clear instructions.
- Ability to create personalized, engaging, and safe classes focused on women’s unique wellness needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for empowering women.
- Excitement about contributing to the growth and success of a new studio.

Sales Manager

Location: SHE Studio, North York
Employment Type: Full-Time (Noon to Evening, Weekdays Only)
Responsibilities
- Sales & Membership Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct tours of the studio and explain membership options, pricing, and class offerings.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into memberships.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales activities.
- Marketing & Community Outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the studio through social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Represent the studio at local events and wellness fairs to attract new clients.
- Assist in developing promotional offers and referral programs.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Process memberships, payments, and class bookings.
- Ensure sales targets are met and provide reports on sales performance.
- Assist with daily studio operations as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
